
Our Policies and Procedures
Sanitation Procedure: We disinfect our entire trailer before and after each event. We require each guest to sanitize before entering the gaming trailer.
Refund & Cancellation Policy: A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 5 days prior to your event. All cancellations within 72 hours will be given the option to reschedule. No refund will be given. If you cancel 5 days prior to your event a full refund minus the $100.00 non-refundable deposit will be given.
Mileage & Travel Policy: Fuel surcharges apply for events outside of our 20 mile in service radius.
Adverse Weather Policy: Our trailer is built for all weather conditions. It’s insulated and climate controlled with both heating and air conditioning. In the event of severe weather conditions, Carolina Gamings “Refund & Cancellation Policy” applies.
Supervision Policy: Carolina Gaming has game coaches available to assist party goers. Any children ages 6 and under will need adult supervision at all times while inside the trailer.
Food & Drinks: Carolina Gaming has a ZERO tolerance policy for food and drinks inside the trailer.
